Reporter Thom Randall reports that the state will be undertaking $3 million of improvements at Million Dollar Beach on Lake George, which will include repaving the parking lot and moving an existing boat launch to a new site east of the beach. The launch facility would be constructed to allow room for a portable boat-washing station.
